Who can join Openarts? Membership costs just $10 and is restricted to those living north of Centre Road and the Cove. The group includes painters, sculptors, printmakers, designers, craft makers, musicians and writers. Everyone is welcome to join and extend the range. |
What do they do? The principle activity in each year is the organization of a group exhibition. Subject to arrangements and management of space, any member of Openarts can submit contributions of work to be exhibited. The committee may also invite contributions from high profile artists living outside the peninsula. Other activities may involve writing or music, like readings and songs. |
