RED FLAX B&B has tranquil rural and sea views and is situated enroute to
Larnach Castle, at the entrance to the Otago Peninsula.
The Peninsula is famous for its wildlife reserves,
scenic walks, stunning beaches and harbour views.
The historic central city area of Dunedin is only 8 minutes
drive away and we are close to a regular bus route.
Dunedin has a splendid choice of restaurants and bars and a casino.

Red Flax B&B is situated in a private area of a modern,
sunny home and has its own spearate courtyard entrance.
We only take single party bookings, which ensures that guests
have exclusive use of the 2 bedrooms; and a cosy lounge
with tea making facilities, a refrigerator, TV, and dining table.
WIRELESS INTERNET and laundry facilities are available for guests use.

There is attention to detail throughout...cookies and chocolates in the lounge, bathrobes and toiletries in the bathroom,
and a memorable continental or cooked breakfast.
We have two small, well behaved dogs in residence...Opal and Gem..
