Sandpiper cottage is a modern, brand new cottage,
built on a private back section of the home of local artist, Nyree Ingle.
|
|
 
|
|
 The view is magnificent and ever changing, with the reflections of the light on the harbour.
Some of the features in the cottage are off the road parking,
with a beach right at the doorstep.
Share a native garden and pond, and watch a myriad of native and sea birds,
or listen to the waves lapping on to the beach.
The lovely beachside suburb of Broad Bay is just 20 minutes drive from Dunedin City,
and halfway to the Albatross colony.
The kitchen offers self-catering facilities, with a Microwave, toaster, kettle, electric fry-pan, plug in hot plates.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and the lounge has a sofa bed.
The cottage is ideal for two but can sleep four.
