Eden Café & Boat Hire is located on the end of the Otago Peninsula, close to the quiet, beautiful suburb
of Dunedin, called Otakou. About 30 min drive from Dunedin centre.
Manu & Miri Douglas live on this location for a few years now.
Manu grew up there and knows the area very well. Manu is our head sea kayaking guide.
He has been living and breathing the sea all his life, knows how to read the sea conditions well,
where to find the animals and how to get as close as possible to them, while keeping things safe and respecting the animals and nature at all times. Manu has a vast knowledge about the local wild life.
He is the man to ask about all these amazing animals of our unique area.

Eden Café is a small purple coffee caravan, sitting on the side of the road, just off Wellers Rock.
Lovely spot to have a rest, sit in front of the harbour, enjoy the peaceful view and wild life,
while having a nice light meal or a good cup of coffee.
